Care Consulting

Stable processes despite new quality requirements.

Care succeeds when professionals have orientation, security and room for professional decisions. My goal is to strengthen nursing expertise so that quality becomes truly effective in everyday practice. I work in an evidence-based, participatory way with a pragmatic eye for organisation and leadership. This creates solutions that relieve teams and hold up in everyday work. I support institutions in the following areas:

  • Conceptual work — professionally grounded, relieving
  • Supporting teams professionally — direct care, training, case discussions
  • Optimising processes — clear processes, clear interfaces
  • Strengthening teams — clarifying roles, fostering collaboration
  • Supporting the NIP-Q-UPGRADE — structured, practice-ready

Your benefit: A secure foundation for future quality measurements.

How Pflegedialog came about

How Pflegedialog Came About

From academic depth and genuine practical need.

The idea for Pflegedialog was not born at a desk, but from the combination of academic depth and lived nursing practice:
  • Starting point: My master's thesis on Advance Care Planning (ACP) in long-term care showed how central structured conversations are to care quality — and how demanding they are to convey in practice.
  • Regulatory pressure: Since 2025, ACP has been piloted as a new medical quality indicator (MQI); the federal government is expected to decide on its definitive introduction in 2027 — care teams already need expertise and communication confidence today.
  • Practical problem: Classic in-person training with fixed course dates is hard to fit into shift work without creating staffing bottlenecks.

Your benefit: Training developed by a nursing expert from genuine specialist and practical knowledge – not by an e-learning provider from outside the field.

Quality Management

Organisational & Leadership Consulting

Clarifying structures – relieving everyday work.

Good care needs good framework conditions. Teams work well when leadership is clear, communication succeeds and roles are understood. I help institutions make collaboration easy and effective again. I work systemically, participatively and with a pragmatic eye for organisation and leadership, structuring complex situations, clarifying roles and strengthening leadership in demanding phases.

  • Strengthening team culture — collaboration, communication, conflict resolution
  • Relieving leadership — coaching, role clarification, decision paths
  • Supporting change — transitions, new roles, reorganisation
  • Facilitating workshops — structured, empathetic, effective

Your benefit: Traceable processes that relieve leaders and give teams orientation.

Strategic Consulting for Management

Confidence in long-term care.

Management teams face the task of securing quality, attractiveness and future readiness at the same time. I help you bring order to complexity and make decisions effective. Evidence-based, analytical and with a clear, pragmatic eye for organisation and leadership. Structured, participatory and consistently implementation-oriented.

  • Strategic position analyses — clarity on priorities and risks
  • Organisational development — structures, roles, processes
  • Staff retention through participation — strengthening attractiveness & retention
  • Supporting leadership bodies — strategy, decision logic, governance

Your benefit: Clear company goals that create stability and foster staff retention.

My Way of Working

Why Me?

Practical. Structured. Individual.

I am convinced that care only succeeds sustainably when people are involved, empowered and taken seriously. These conditions are exactly what determine whether professionals stay with an organisation long-term — a key advantage given the current shortage of skilled staff.
My approach is based on participation, evidence and clarity. In my two master's theses, I studied Advance Care Planning (ACP) in long-term care and Shared Governance in depth. These topics shape my conviction that stable structures, professional latitude and genuine co-determination not only strengthen care quality, but also significantly increase attractiveness as an employer.
I help institutions create exactly these conditions — so that care becomes effective, teams remain capable of action, and organisations can endure in the long term.
